We are seeking an experienced ERM with ESG experience for a Corporate Banking business.
You will be reporting to the Head of Risk and working directly with the CRO, and presenting to the Board & working with the DNB directly.
The role covers:
- Enterprise Risk Management & Governance
- Risk Integration & Strategic Advisory.
- ESG Risk Strategy & Oversight.
- Policy & Framework Ownership
Responsibility scope: Risk Alignement, Risk appetite, Taxonomy, supervisory deliverables. ICAAP/ILAAP, Recovery & Resolution Planning etc.
The ESG models are newly set up. The person who made the Climate Risk Models is making a step up.
They are hence (ideally) seeking
->A future Manager/Head of ERM with this hire due to the growth.
-> And a more Junior/Medior profile strong in Climate Risk.
